REFUND POLICY

A. Application/Registration Fee

  • Application Form/ Admission Test/ Registration Fee is not refundable under any circumstance whether you appear for the selection test or not.
  • Students will ensure to appear for the Selection Test as per schedule (online/offline) at the centre. If a student misses the selection test for any reason, the Application Form/Registration fee is not refundable.

B. Course Fee (Year Lond & Multiple Year Classroom Programs)

  • Registration Fee Rs. 15000/- to enrol in any JEE or NEET program is non-refundable.
  • In case you are unable to continue our course due to some unavoidable reason, we will refund the fee (other than registration fee) as under:
    • Zero Week (Before commencement of classes) – 90% of the 1st instalment fee will be refunded.
    • 1st Week (within 7 days of commencement) – 60% of the 1st instalment fee will be refunded.
    • 2nd Week (within 14 days of commencement) – 50% of the 1st instalment fee will be refunded.
    • 3rd Week (within 21 days of commencement) – 30% of the 1st instalment fee will be refunded.
    • 4th Week (within 28 days of commencement) – 20% of the 1st instalment fee will be refunded.
    • After 4th Week (After 28 days of commencement) – No Refund
  • Refund Applicable on 2nd instalment paid:
    • Zero Week (Before 2nd Instalment due date) – 100% of the 2nd instalment fee will be refunded.
    • 1st Week (Within 7 days of 2nd Instalment due date) – 60% of the 2nd instalment fee will be refunded.
  • 2nd Week (Within 14 days of 2nd Instalment due date) – 50% of the 2nd instalment fee will be refunded.
    • 3rd Week (Within 21 days of 2nd Instalment due date) – 30% of the 2nd instalment fee will be refunded.
    • 4th Week (Within 28 days of 2nd Instalment due date) – 20% of the 2nd instalment fee will be refunded.
    • After 4th Week (After 28 days of 2nd Instalment of due date) – No refund will be given

C . Course Fee (Crash Courses – Short Term Courses)

  • There will be no refund on crash courses after the commencement of courses
  • No Fee will be refunded in case you leave the course after the Last date of Refund as mentioned in the Information Bulletin.
  • Refund request through Fax / Telephone / Mobile / SMS will not be entertained.
  • Refund request will be processed for those students only, who will submit the refund request on Hard copy or through email on official id.
  • Refund application must be submitted personally or by post to Account centre director, Bansal Classes, SCO 348-349, Sector 34A, Chandigarh. Email should be sent on official email id chd.bansalclasses@gmail.com.
  • Refund request must contain following details: –
    • Name, Roll No. Course of Student.
    • Bank Details like Bank Name, Account No. Branch, Name of account holder Father/mother/Student Name.
    • Original Receipt & ID Card.
  • After receiving Refund application along with required details, Refund will be initiated within 10-15 working days for those who fulfil criteria.
  • For any legal dispute jurisdiction will be Chandigarh only.
